We are the Jacksons
We are so excited to announce the launching of City of Refuge in Batavia, Ohio. The Lord gave us a vision for City of Refuge about 12 years ago as we were just begining our vocational ministry journey. We did not know how God would lead us to City Of Refuge, but we knew someday God wanted us to plant a church in Clermont County. After 6 kids, Levi (12) Hezekiah (11) Josiah (8) Alee (7) Canaan (4) and Solomon (2), and serving at different churches and in different ministries gaining experience in ministry. God began convicting us over the past year to take the step of faith to plant this church to reach the people of Clermont County for Jesus. We must go and plant this church who plants future churches and make desciples who make desciples for Christ. We pray that you would consider to support this mission to tell the lost people of Clermont County about the God of heaven who loves them and died on the cross so that they may be set free from the bondage of sin.

support
The truth is, we need support. Most importantly, we need your prayers, we can not do this without God and His blessing. We also need your physical volunteer support at events and spreading the word about our mission. We also need your financial support, everything costs money. This is our invite to you to take part in this Kingdom work of reaching the lost people of Clermont County and sharing with them that they have a place of refuge in a relationship with Jesus.
Dr Dan Lamb Former Pastor, Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church, Church Planter
“It is with great delight I share the confidence we have in Joe and Tacia. They work so well as a team using each other’s strengths. Joe is both a visionary and an accomplisher. We are confident that when they get where they are planting a church our Lord will use them in great ways.”
Pastor Matt Burns Senior Pastor Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church
“We are truly excited to see all that God is going to do in Joe and Tacia’s life as a result of their call to start a church for His glory. Stacy and I see a passion for Christ that extends beyond the church walls because they live ministry as a family. Joe has the ability to find a vision for whatever ministry he is involved in and has the skills of laying out a plan to achieve the goals necessary to make the vision a reality. His wife, Tacia, is always working beside him to strengthen their efforts together as a family. He is a great leader for the kingdom of Christ and has a desire to see people saved, baptized, and growing in their walk with Jesus. A simple goal of, Disciples making disciples. Joe’s work ethic, leadership, enthusiasm, and heart are always striving to make a difference.”
