We are honored to be sent out by Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church (HBBC), a place that has been our spiritual home and ministry foundation for many years.

I (Joe) began attending HBBC in the tenth grade, and Tacia joined shortly before our marriage in 2011. Though we’ve had the opportunity to serve in a variety of churches and ministry roles over the years, HBBC has always remained close to our hearts. It’s where we were married, where all of our children have been baptized, and where we’ve grown in faith and ministry.

We’ve been blessed to serve under the leadership of both Dr. Dan Lamb, the founding pastor, and Pastor Matt Burns, the current lead pastor. Their investment in our lives and calling has helped prepare us for this next step of planting City of Refuge.

HBBC will continue to play a vital role in this journey by serving as our financial overseer until City of Refuge becomes fully established.

We are deeply grateful for their love, guidance, and support as we move forward in this calling to reach Clermont County for Christ.
