Our Mission: Disciples Who Make Disciples, Churches That Plant Churches
At City of Refuge, we are passionate about fulfilling the Great Commission by making disciples who make disciples, and planting churches that plant more churches.
Our strategy begins with intentional outreach and community events, designed to connect with those in our target areas who are seeking truth and hope. From there, we focus on relational discipleship—meeting one-on-one, gathering in house groups and small groups, and walking alongside people as they grow in their faith.
As disciples mature, we expect this process to multiply—each new believer becoming a disciple-maker themselves.
We are also deeply committed to church planting and missions. City of Refuge will actively support church planters and missionaries, while equipping and empowering individuals within our own congregation to step out and plant new churches both locally and globally.
The heart of City of Refuge is to GO—to live as an outward-focused body of believers, committed to sharing the message of Jesus with everyone, everywhere.

COR Outreach
Our COR Team Meeting is a time for those who have made a commitment to join City of Refuge’s launch team and our supporters to do community outreach in our target areas of Clermont county. It’s a time to serve the community together and spread the word about City of Refuge. Before we begin the event we will spend some time in Gods Word and collaborate with one another about COR.

Sunday soft launch services begin
This will be the first Sunday service of COR. It’s a “soft launch”, which means we are working to finetune our equipment and service styles. Simply put, this is a practice service, everyone is still welcome to attend.
